 My Favorite 100 Tamil Films of the decade 2010-2019: (In alphabetical order)

In the earlier decades, starting from the 1980s, I had limited myself to just 50 films that I liked from each decade. But when it came to this decade, I found it extremely difficult to bring the list down to 50, and eventually had to settle for 100 films.

I see two main reasons for this. First and foremost, I have watched far more films during this decade. Secondly, the quality of Tamil cinema has been remarkable, with filmmakers exploring an increasingly diverse range of genres, themes and storytelling styles.
